At Tithe Farm our vision is to provide our children with the highest quality learning experiences which inspire a life-long love of learning. We want all children to leave us as resilient learners who are ready, respectful and safe in the choices they make.
This is known as ‘The Tithe Farm Way.’
Long-term Strategic Aims:
1. To develop a culture of collective responsibility for SEND which ensures that pupils are identified early and provision ensures gaps in learning are closed.
2. To embed a curriculum which inspires and offers challenge for all.
3. To ensure that quality first teaching supports all children to achieve well across the whole curriculum – ensuring they are ready for their next steps in education
We are a fully inclusive school and celebrate the needs and abilities of all of our community. Everyone is valued and everyone is of equal importance. Our objectives are clearly outlined in our Equality Policy and demonstrate this, whilst addressing some of the issues within our broader school community.
