LUNCHES MUST BE ORDERED BY 9AM ON A TUESDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT TIME. IT IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO ORDER MEALS ON THE DAY.
IF YOUR CHILD IS OFF POORLY IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL CHARTWELLS ON 01908 615705 BEFORE 9AM ON EVERY DAY OF THEIR ABSENCE TO OBTAIN A CREDIT NOTE.
IF YOU HAVE ORDERED A DINNER AND YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE IN SCHOOL FOR ANY OTHER REASON I.E SCHOOL TRIP THEN YOU MUST CALL 01908 615705 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT IN ORDER FOR THE MEAL TO BE CANCELLED AND A CREDIT NOTE GIVEN.

From January 6th 2020 all dinner payments and orders will be via ParentPay. Details of how Parent Pay works and individual authorisation codes will be sent home very shortsly. If you would like your child to have a school dinner it must be ordered by a Tuesday at midnight for the following week. This is for all children whether they receive free meals or not. If you do not order and pay for meals by the Tuesday at midnight it will be assumed that your child will be having a packed lunch the following week.
Children do not necessarily have to have a school dinner every day they can pick and choose which days and menu they prefer.
