At Tithe Farm we want all of our children to be confident mathematicians who have the knowledge and understanding of the number system to have the fluency to recall number facts in addition to performing written and mental calculations efficiently. 

Maths is taught and embedded through the use of concrete, pictorial and abstract approaches. Children will learn a broad range of skills which they will apply to their learning to solve 'real life problems and reason about mathematical concepts.
